Shocking Run Of “Incidents” Continues In Queensland

The shocking and heinous practice of doing, saying, not doing or not saying something to someone at Greyhound Racing tracks in Queensland is continuing unabated.

have again just released details of another in to the most shocking of crimes committed on a greyhound racing track – an “incident”.

This time Kay Harradance of Fernvale was required to sumbit herself to ruthless lines of inquiry for doing, saying, not doing or not saying something to someone at the greyhound meeting on the 8th June 2009.

Kay Harradance, quite reasonably it seems, pleaded not guilty to doing, saying, not doing or not saying something to someone during at the meeting on the 8th of June 2009.

Greyhounds Queensalnd Stewards took evidence at the inquiry regarding the “incident” from Ms Harradnca, Mr. B. Dull, Brisbane Greyhound Racing Club employee J.Andreas, as well as from Senior G. Thorsby, Steward D. Taggart, Steward J. Bauer and accepted a number of written statements.

In fact Ms Harradance's act of doing, saying, not doing or not saying something to someone was such a compelling incident that Greyhounds Queensland Stewards actually had to hold her inquiry over two days on the 18th June 2009 and the 29th June 2009.

Somewhat unsurprisingly though, Ms Harradance was found summarily guilty of doing, saying, not doing or not saying something to someone and was fined $500.

Someone, somewhere please get the message – An incident can be anything from an involuntary expulsion of bodily gas to a small nuclear meltdown.

Greyhound Racing Stewards owe it to themselves and the industry to more transparent than just citing “incident's” as reasons for holding .
