Should be a great series and based on his last start win at in 29.89, its very hard to look past the in form Bad Boy Sniper. He has scored some devastating wins in recent months and from the rails draw he appears drawn to get the run of the race. He has raced well here in the past and if you can get $2.50 or better that is great value.

Winsome Mission is a beast and he turned in a monster effort when placed here two runs back. On that occasion he bombed the start and he had to weave through traffic before going down by less than two lengths in very fast time. The wide draw suits tonight and if the leaders bunch up he will be there to swoop over the top in the run home.

La Grand Logie has the speed to cross and he was a recent Wentworth Park winner in a sizzling 29.73, he isn't overly strong but if he gets away mid race he might just pinch the event.

Zipping Sonny is the run on type, he has scored some commanding wins over the 618m journey of late and he has sprinted very well in the past.

Another quality lineup and I think the box draw will play a major factor. Winsome Prince is a beast and from the red he should be able to lead from go to whoa. He has been a tad disappointing in recent months but he has continually missed the start and he has then found bother in his races, if he can pounce on the lead tonight he should regain some confidence and he will be running some serious time.

Iva Vision is a gun Queenslander and he returned to racing in fine style with a top 29.93 Albion Park win last week, he is having his first look at the track which is a concern but if he can cross and avoid trouble he should be there at the end.

Zipping Saxon is a powerful chaser and he will be charging home at the end, he will need some luck in the early stages but he has won here previously in a very zippy 30.48.

Quasi Bale is a highly talented Victorian chaser and he looks well placed in this event, he has been racing in fine style over the middle distances of late and with slow beginners all around him tonight he should get every chance to push through and settle in a prominent position. He is very strong but he does possess a great turn of foot early, so he should be a major player throughout the series.

Smoken Jimmy can be very hard to follow but there is no doubting his talent. Two starts back he powered to the line when scoring at Bathurst in a very fast 29.82. He races better when he can dictate the terms out in front and he should get every chance to do that from the red draw.

Zipping Carter is another strong chaser and with some luck early he should play a major role, three starts back he caught the eye when scoring at Wentworth Park in 29.90, he just needs some room in the first 50m.

Winsome Jacko rounds out the chances, he is much better than his recent form reads and he has the ability to explode out of the boxes.

Very intriguing affair with the outside division likely to dominate the event. No Donuts beat the classy Bad Boy Sniper fair and square here last time out and if he can get away cleanly again he should prove very hard to hold out. He recorded 30.40 in that run but I think the track will be a bit quicker tonight and a 30.20 run isn't beyond him.

Lithgow Panther continues to improve and last week he recorded a breathtaking 30.13 when winning here. The box draw is a bit of a worry tonight but if he happens to settle in the top three early he will prove very hard to stop in the run home.

Zipping Oscar is a strong type and he must be respected from the rails draw, he is racing a tad below his best at the moment but if he gets the breaks mid race he can make an impact.

I'm Pedro has the speed to lead and he has scored some blinding wins over the 400m trip here in recent weeks, he isn't overly strong but if he breaks away mid race he could steal the event.

Top Four: 6 – 7 – 1 – 4
