Crankshaft has shown plenty of potential in his brief career to date and with a clean getaway he should be able to make a big impact. Two starts back he broke through with a sizzling 30.65 win from this draw and on that occasion he beat the highly promising Bear For Breaky. He should settle outside the four in the early stages and he should prove too strong in the run home.

Shanghai Lil is the likely leader and she should be in the mix for a long way, the only concern is that she has folded up badly in the run home in recent weeks and she doesn't appear to be getting much stronger.

Wicked Queen has a big engine and with a clear passage she can feature, however she is much better suited to a wider draw as she doesn't like to be crowded in her races.

Cobber In Motion is the interesting runner, he comes here with strong NSW form and he appears to be blessed with good early speed, if he handles the track he could run a big race.

Velocity Shirl can be hard to follow at times but there is no doubting her talent and from the red draw she should get every chance to score. Three starts back she powered to the line when posting a smart 30.18 victory here and a similar effort tonight would be enough to score.

Bay Of Sprite is a faultless beginner and she is drawn to lead for a long way, she isn't overly strong in the run home but she has posted a speedy 30.13 here previously.

Georgina has been racing well at Ipswich of late and with a wide runner drawn on her outside she should be afforded a clear passage in the early stages. She is very fast when given room to move and she could be the value in the event.

Dashing Canute rounds out the chances, he can show early speed at times and if he finds the top early he could take some catching at odds.

No Callaratah has scored some top wins here in recent months and tonight he finds himself in a race which really lacks early speed. With that being the case, he should have no trouble getting across in the early stages and if he does find the top he should prove far too good for his rivals.

This Time Reba is ultra consistent and she loves racing around this circuit. Once again she hasn't drawn too well but she can show early dash at times and if she balances up in the top three she should run a big race.

Grin And Win hasn't won for a while but he is more than capable on his night and he did record a top placing here two runs back.

Cardiac King is the only other winning hope, he will settle near the pace and although he will get tired he shouldn't be too far away at the end.

Late Angel Lee is better suited to a wider draw but with the red expected to lead clearly he should be able to drive through at the first turn and balance up in a prominent position. He is the current track record holder over this journey and he has recently turned in some great performances here.

Up The Attitude is the likely leader and he should give a great sight. Last week he was never headed in his 30.21 victory but for him to win tonight he will need to take a couple of lengths off that winning time.

Elusive Desire has a great record here and he will be powering home late. He is just as talented as any chaser in this event and he could be the value bet in the race.

Knave must be included in your exotic bets, he has a solid record here and he has been racing well over the 600-metres journey of late.

Stargate System was a tad disappointing here last week but he did find a lot of bother early and I think he can run an improved race tonight. There are a number of front runners in this event and I'm expecting there to be a fair bit of shuffling up front, if that does occur he should be able to swoop over the top late and salute at nice odds.

Hougenie is ideally drawn out wide and she should be leading for a long way, last week she got a little tired in the final stages of her 42.17 heat win and I would expect her to find the line a little better this week.

Ada Mary is another front runner and she was far from disgraced when placed in her heat, that was her first look at the track so she should be improved by the run.

Tuavasa Shek caught the eye with a brilliant 41.91 heat win and a repeat effort will see him win. The concern tonight is that he is drawn extremely poorly and he may get shuffled back in the initial stages.

Super Velo had been quite costly in recent months, however in his past two starts he appears to have put it all together and he looked extremely impressive when posting two very strong wins here over the 520-metres journey. He is stepping up in distance tonight and he gives every indication that this journey will suit, if he can avoid bother in the initial stages he should take a power of beating at nice odds.

Iva Vision is a beast and he has the class edge, two starts back he scored here in a sizzling 35.09 and a repeat performance will see him figure prominently. The big concern with him is that he can bomb the start and he may get squeezed out soon after box rise.

Kidatee Croc has the good draw and he loves racing over this track and trip, if he holds them out in the run to the first bend he should take some catching.

Pop The Cork is a superstar in the making and with an ounce of luck he should be winning quite easily, however he is poorly drawn in the middle and there is a heap of speed drawn around him. I think we can find some value with the improving and highly talented Mpingo. He isn't the best of beginners but he does pick up quite well soon after box rise and he should get a nice cart across from the six in the early stages. Last week he posted a smart 30.04 and with a clear passage again he could go well under the 30 second barrier.

Whata Nice Size should carve up the inside division and he is blessed with blistering early speed. He scored a slick 29.99 heat win last week and he should be in the mix for a long way again.

Pop The Cork is clearly the hardest to beat but I'm not willing to take short odds, he has scored four breathtaking wins of late over this journey and he still must be included in your exotic bets.

Victory Prince is suited in the wide draw and he has won two of his past three, I don't think he can win tonight but he can sneak into the placings.

Keybow is a superstar and he didn't have a lot of luck in his return to Albion Park. There is very little speed drawn around him and that should allow him to pounce on the early lead. He should just about be at peak fitness by now and if he finds the top I can't see them getting anywhere near him.

Lady Abigail continues to improve and impress, she has won five of 13 over this journey and she will be powering to the line. If she can balance up in the top four she should be able to make an impact.

Fabulous Storm is well drawn out wide and he does own a brilliant 29.80 PB over this journey, if he can avoid bother in the first 50-metres he has the talent to cause an upset.

Rose Of Galo is a must for the exotics, she is a and if she finds the lead early on she could hang on for a place.

Magic Maiden is aiming for a hat trick of wins and she blew away her rivals when posting a blistering 29.85 victory here last time out. She has been pinging the lids of late and if she can do that again she should burn them off and score easily.

Melody Serenade returned to the winners list with a sizzling 24.93 Ipswich win last time out and if she can hold a forward spot early she should feature.

Full Of Attitude has been racing well here in recent weeks and she can sizzle early in her races, the draw doesn't help but she has poor beginners on either side so she should get every chance to drive through and lead.

Titan Ash could add some value to your exotics, she is well placed in the pink draw and she should follow the seven across in the run to the first bend.

Rockaway Beach is showing plenty of promise and he looks suited in this company. I'm expecting the seven to blaze across early and that should allow him to get a nice cart across in the early stages. He has won three of 11 over this journey and he looks the goods in this event.

Slayer Return made her debut over this journey last time out and she gave a great sight. She got a little tired in the run home and I'm expecting her to find the line a little better tonight.

Cervelo should settle near the speed and he has great place prospects, his recent form isn't great but he is dropping a little in class tonight.

Don't Double Up rounds out the chances, he can be a little hit or miss early but when he does ping away he is capable of reeling off great sectionals.
