Shanlyn Violet is likely to start pretty short odds with William Hill but I think she could be a good anchor up front in your exotics and you can probably take her in your multis for a little bit of extra value. Four starts back she broke her maiden status here with a 25.59 victory and it's hard to see them getting near her if she reproduces something similar tonight. She can be a little hit or miss early but from the red she will get every chance to drive through and she should score with ease.

Hula should go with the red in the early stages and then drop in for a trail mid-race, she isn't as talented as the red but she was a solid 30.26 Meadows winner in March and she can grab the quinella spot.

Agile Reason is showing promise and he appears to be getting better with more racing, he probably lacks the early zip of the inside two but he should hit the line quite solidly.

Lynlea Jake rounds out the chances, he is another who will get back early but he can rail through into some minor money.

Top Four: 1 – 2 – 3 – 4

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Shanlyn Violet with William Hill

Quinella: 1 to rove with 2,3,4 ($3 for 100%)

Exacta: 1/2,3,4 ($3 for 100%)

Trifecta: 1/2,3,4/Field ($18 for 100%)

Trifecta: 1/2,3,4/2,3,4 ($6 for 100%)

Zambora Storm isn't the best of beginners but he does have a devastating turn of foot and with the speed drawn around him I can see him getting a nice sit behind the leaders in the early stages. He is very strong in the run to the line and once he gets balanced he is capable of recording very quick sectionals. With an ounce of luck in the first 50-metres he will prove very hard to hold out.

Magic Meehan is a faultless beginner and he will be burning along for the first 300-metres. He tends to struggle in the final stages over this journey but he should have a nice lead and he should hold on for a top two finish.

Gypsy Bling can be hit or miss early but she has won three in a row and it's hard to knock winning form. If she comes out cleanly she should make the top two picks work hard for victory.

Slambam does his best racing here and he must be included in your exotic bets.

Top Four: 4 – 5 – 3 – 7

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Zambora Storm with William Hill

Quinella: 4 to rove with 3,5,7 ($3 for 100%)

Trifecta: 4/3,5,7/Field ($18 for 100%)
