Leg 1 – Nowra – Race 4: Stilton Blue To Place $1.57
Stilton Blue is normally a lid pinger and after a string of luckless efforts he should be able to return to form. The middle pin isn't great but he does have a very fast beginner drawn directly underneath, so with a clean getaway he should be able to follow the blue across early and that will allow him to take control mid race. He has a fair bit on this lot class wise and with an ounce of luck in the early stages a top three finish is on the cards.
Leg 2 – Nowra – Race 5: My Boy Brodie To Place At Middle Tote (Top Two Finish Required)
My Boy Brodie is a strong chaser and he loves racing around this circuit. He has been placed in all five tries over this journey and this is a significant class drop for him. I'm expecting him to miss the kick but he should rail through mid race and at the half way point he should be in the top three. He has a fair bit on this lot and he should threaten strongly as they reach the line. With a top two finish required you should be able to get around the $1.60 mark or better with Bet365 for the place.
Leg 3 – Shepparton – Race 9: All Over To Win $3
All Over is a highly talented speedster when on song and she was desperately unlucky at Ballarat last time out. Four runs back she exited this draw and she went on to score a commanding 23.28 Horsham win. She is stepping up a little in distance tonight, but from the red she should pounce on the early lead and she should turn with at least a three length lead. They might get close to her late but she should have enough in the tank to score.
