Greyhound Betting Tips For Saturday 16th March 2013

Written By Saturday 16th March 2013

Yesterday’s Results: Hot Charm- Unplaced, Bell Haven- Unplaced, Ten Aces- Winner $1.40, Gracie’s Kelly- Winner $4.30

Mixed results yesterday with Gracie’s Kelly our only real success and things don’t get any easier tonight with the Golden heats.

Wentworth Park Greyhounds Race 1 Box 1 Renegade Chief. 7.28 pm Nsw time

This fellow is extremely well boxed and is a classy honest young dog. He has speed to burn when he hits the ground and from the outside he will get plenty of room to move. Should be the first dog into the next round.

Wentworth Park Greyhounds Race 5 Box 1 Bubba’s Dream 8.50 pm Nsw time

I know I’ve tipped Spud Regis but I really bitch. She just continues to impress and is able to run the hands off the clock when she gets it her way. From the red she will get a fantastic sit in behind Spud Regis and Jetta’s Girl. It’s going to take a mighty effort to run down Spud Regis but if he finds trouble she’s the one. My suggestion is to take an all up with Renegade Chief all up the Place Bubba’s Dream. It’s only going to be a small dividend but a winning one hopefully.

The Meadows Race 5 Box 8 Mimicking 8.38 pm Vic time

I’ve always liked the name of this dog – Mimicking – what a great name for a dog, who comes from the Ivers camp. I’m guessing his name represents the repeat exact mating, the Ivers did to produce him. The first litter produced dogs like Nellie Noodles, Symmetry and many more. He’s hard to catch this fellow but is boxed quite well on the outside. It’s a tough race with many winning chances, but he’s well over due for a win and has been around the mark for a while now. He needs a clear run and a chance to wind up mid race. Look for him to be unwinding late and maybe pinch this. Each way.

Cannington Greyhounds Race 9 Box 4 Vocal Enforcer 9.32 WA time

As much as I hate anything by this bloke is by far the exception. An old campaigner but one of the states best. With a terrific record and huge bank balance. At his only try at this distance he came up short. I paid special attention to the race and he found trouble all the way. With a empty box beside expect this bloke to give a huge site. The trips a little on his limit, but he should be out and burning from the get go. He will be mighty hard to run down if he finds the early lead. He will win a few over this trip, and he may kick start that tonight.

Well a huge night of racing tonight and one greyhound fans shouldn’t miss. The 10 heats are sure to throw up a surprise or two.

The action kicks off at 7.28 pm local time, and fixed price betting for the heats and overall winner of the final are on offer, from Sportingbet, Luxbet, Iasbet and Sportsbet.

There are some silly odds being offered by the corporates, so if you like something back it!!!

Best of Luck
