Greyhound Betting Tips Monday 28th April

It's been quite a ride for the Greyhound industry of recent times with parliamentary enquires, proposal of new tracks, increased patronage and of course after track record. The most notable record must go to Shakey Jakey who obliterated the Wentworh Park record in his first race start. failed to lower the record last Thursday night at his first look at the track, but all eyes will be on him this Thursday night in the final of the Two . Greyhound fans can look forward to a great week of racing ahead, and hopefully we can find a few winners.

Albion Park Greyhounds Race 4 Box 6 Rumble Street 7.44pm

Quality 600 metre race here tonight with five genuine winning hopes from the eight starters. It's always hard having multiple chances in races, but it often ensures a good price is achieved. I like the chances of box six runner Rumble Street. The daughter of and Rumble Charm has been well backed of recent times but has fallen short more often then not. Tonight she's being stepped up to 600 metre racing and I have no doubt the trip will suit. She's quite pacey early on and only needs to come away in a forward position to threaten in this. The majority of the bred rumble dogs are quite strong and this girl looks no different. She's broken 30.00 seconds over the 520 here at Albion before so I expect her to run around the 35.20 mark here tonight. The dangers look to be boxes 1,4,5,8 and either can win without surprise. Stick with Rumble Charm and rove her in a first four.

Angle Park Greyhounds Race 1 Box 4 Kalden Kapone, 6.36pm

Kalden Kapone gets a huge chance to win here tonight against the right opposition. He's only fair early but does hit the line hard. Dustnado is a super talent and can run flying times, but it's been nearly a year since he recorded his flying Pb of 29.59. He'll flog these if he's back to his best but I highly doubt he's even close to his best.

Box one runner Princess Tee should be the early leader but she doesn't hit the line all that hard and is vulnerable late. Kalden Kapone only needs to come away mid field and with a clear run I expect him to finish far to strong for these here in this. has a habit of getting his dogs to peak when the price is right, so stick with him.

Launceston Greyhounds Race 8 Box 4 Kawasaki Rose, 10.02pm

Tough race but I really feel like Kawasaki Rose can get across outside early leader Nooee's Lad and finish too strong. Nooee's Lad in my opinion is Australia's fastest beginner and he's a very versatile dog. But he does have a flat spot after about 300 metres and it's important he holds the lead at this point to win races.

It's at this point Kawasaki Rose can take over the lead and once she does she should just win. There a fair bit of early speed in this race and Kawasaki Rose will need to jump, but she's a reliable beginner and has won here in 29.89. It's a tough race as I pointed out so don't go jumping in and taking short odds. I'll be having a go if odds of $4.50 are about. The dangers look to be Teddy Tom Boy and Nooee's Lad if he holds the lead mid way through.

Shepparton Greyhounds Race 2 Box 4 Symmetry Lad, 7.27pm

Back to a more suitable distance Symmetry Lad looks the likely leader and possible winner in race two tonight. It's been a while since the son of Symmetry has seen the winners but he is a fast dog, with a huge amount of early and straight line speed. He should fly the lids tonight and be first out and on the bunny. He's a pretty speedy customer and if he produces his best effort expect him to win.

Box eight runner Tickle Me has flying early speed but does struggle in the run to the line. She should equally lead with Symmetry Lad but I doubt she can outgun the Lad if they come out and race together.

Best of Luck
