The Meadows
Race 6: Lady Toy

Lady Toy has been racing in stellar fashion of late and last week she showed tremendous mid race speed when posting a sizzling 42.77 heat win. I'm expecting the red to hold the early lead tonight so she should be able to get a nice sit in the early stages and with a clear run that should allow her to assume control mid race. This is probably one of the weakest finals she has contested and she should get the cash quite easily.

Best Value
The Meadows

Race 11: Amaro Bale

Amaro Bale has been taking on some gun chasers in recent weeks and he should appreciate the drop in class tonight. I'm expecting him to go around at the $4 mark with William Hill and for a chaser of his calibre that is a great price. There is a bit of speed in six and seven, so that should allow him to get a nice cart across early and if he can settle in the top two early he should be able to capitalise mid race. He has a great record over this track and trip and this really looks his race.

Best Roughie
The Gardens

Race 8: Red Sun Foo

Red Sun Foo doesn't have great form at present and he can be very hard to follow, however he does have a big engine when switched on and he meets a fairly weak lineup tonight. There appears to be quite a few front runners in this event, so he should be able to sit just off the speed in the early stages and I would expect him to be then powering home. He will be double figure odds and he is definitely worth an each way ticket.

Best Quinella

Race 4: 2 to rove with 1 & 8 ($2 for 100%)

More In Store is a highly promising stayer and she has won two of her three starts over this track and trip. She will be suited by the small field and a top two finish is on the cards. Smooth Number is drawn to make an impact, whilst Magic Earner impressed in her staying debut at Park with a top 41.85 victory.

Best Trifecta
