Tough night Ahead!
Seems as if its a great night to head to the movies. But we're here to tip ya into something to have ya hard earned on.
So we'll do our best….
Albion Park Greyhounds. Race 1 Box 8. Walloonie, 6.42pm Qld time
Walloonie, is named after the suburb his trainer resides in. Walloon is a tiny little place just outside Ipswich and lays claim to fame with the ever popular Walloon Saloon. And Walloon the dog Looks to be a great chance in this tonight. Meets a very ordinary bunch here for tonight's novice and won't get a easier chance to earn $3260 for his owner, trainers. Put in a fantastic effort coming from behind to score at Ipswich 2 starts ago. Before being stepped up in a heat of the young guns were he fell. Has been given the time to mend and is perfectly boxed out here in the 8 tonight. Shouldn't have to work to hard to get around then here, and with a good jump looks right in this. Can't find something to beat him and I keep coming back to him. Looks a great chance.
Sandown Greyhounds, Race 8 Box 1 Fiery 9.37pm Vic time
Tough race here tonight, like many on tonight's card. But Fiery the son of Paddy's Flame looks to be very well placed here, and has drawn perfectly in this. Loves to rail and finishes really hard along the rails. He should be able to hold a forward spot in this race tonight and if he does, will be very hard to hold out in this. Theirs a little speed out wide but nothing overly real quick and I can't see anything skipping right away here. And that will benefit Fiery here. Good dog Great Box. In form and looks a great bet tonight. Good Chance.
Angle Park Greyhounds. Race 6 Box 5. Totally Tango. 9.03pm Vic time
Maitland Greyhounds. Race 7 Box 7, Galloway. 5.58pm NSW time
Very tough race again here with a couple of really fast old stagers. In Bralyn County who remarkably won his first 11 starts and Kelly's Hero who before breaking down was also a top Wenty park dog. The whole field are seasoned campaigners and all look to have a chance. I'm going with Galloway should be good odds and has the quickest PB here. With a good jump the wide box shouldn't pose to much problem and he's in form. Going to have his work cut out but he's in form and two starts ago posted his quickest time yet. Chance to ping and salute here. Each way..
Dapto Greyhounds. Race 5 Box 1 Maya Keroma 8.56 pm NSW time
Another dog who came through the Big Lismore Maiden series recently, winning a heat, and running second in the final. Then headed off to the Futurity at the Gardens and Acquitted herself very well. Comes up with the red box here and looks set to ping the kids and set up a early lead. The two Magic Sprite pups in Triggsy and Grand Journey will pose huge danger. But they looked better suited to the big track at Richmond. Maya Keroma should set up a nice early lead here and it may be too much for the other two too reel her in. Don't take silly odds though. Try to get yourself fixed odds with one of our sponsors.
Launceston Greyhounds. Race 10 Box 8. Terror Tome 10.31pm Vic time
Terror time flew away last start from the same box and looked quite strong to the line. Has already won over the longer trip at Devonport and looks a really good thing to salute here. Had to contend with a hot young pup last start in Shanlyn Johnno, and he's not in this tonight. Should jump and run and prove way too good for this lot. I can see her running 30.00 here tonight with a clean start, and that time should win this easy. Stick with her she'll win. Huge chance.
