Zipping Angel is absolutely flying at present and with an ounce of luck she should get the cash. Two starts back she pinged the lids and destroyed a quality lineup when posting a blistering 29.60 victory here and if she can produce a similar effort tonight she will score with ease. There is a bit of speed around her which is a concern but with a clean getaway she has the dash to outpace them in the run to the first turn.
Shoulders is another chaser with a ridiculous amount of talent and if he can ping away he will run a big race. He is too inconsistent to be able to tip on top but there is no doubting he has the talent to win.
Fantastic Sid has a great record here and he should be in the mix for a long way, he is suited to the rails draw and if he can hold them out early, he may just zip away off the back straight.

Paua Explosion finally returned to the winners list last time and she should continue on her winning way. Surprisingly she actually looks well placed in the middle pin and with a keen railer on her inside and slow beginner on her outside, she should get a nice cart into the first turn. Her winning time of 30.16 last week was just average but she came from off the speed which isn't her normal racing pattern, I'm expecting her to lead tonight and she should zip away mid race.
Nightwatchman is armed with a big finish and he has turned in some great performances of late, he will get a long way back early tonight but there are quite a few runners in this event who struggle to run the journey.
No Jockey Needed caught the eye when winning his heat in 30.41 last week and he is capable of going much quicker on the clock, he normally steps well and he should put himself into contention at the first bend.
Sir Redmond rounds out the chances, he has a heap of speed and if he can get across he will run a big race.
Top Four: 5 – 6 – 4 – 8
