Hot Wifey scored a strong 35.68 Angle Park win last time and she should be able to go back to back today. She normally begins quite well and with the small field and wide runner drawn on her outer she should get every chance to roll to the early lead. There isn't a lot of depth in this event so she really does look to be a moral. Lochinvar Impala is ridiculously hard to follow but he may be suited by the rise in distance, he has been easing out in his races of late but from the pink draw he may show a bit more early dash. Aeroplane Bowser has the good draw and he will be steaming home, his effort over 515m at Angle Park last time was quite impressive and he has performed well over this distance range previously.

Kalden Kapone returned to form with a strong 31.02 win here last week and he is graded to win again. The middle draw actually suits him and he has been placed in five of six tries here. There doesn't seem to be a lot of early speed drawn around him and that should allow him to get all the breaks as they head into the first turn. Fair Change is the likely leader and she has won here previously in a solid 30.97. She is a little bit off her best at the moment but outside of Kalden Kapone this is a pretty weak affair. Kool Alexia comes here with solid QLD credentials and he should give a good sight, whilst Havago Brinni has her favourite draw and she will look to improve on her recent steady form.
