Opus Bale was a tad unlucky when narrowly beaten at last time and in this class he should be able to go one better. With a wide runner on his outer and a slow beginner drawn underneath he should get a clear run in the first 50m and that should allow him to drive to the early lead. He did post a slick 22.68 win three runs back so he can run time on the bunny. Burst A Move is an improving type and she has won here previously in a solid 23.17. She musters pace quickly in her races and she should be able to settle in a prominent position. Nimrod is hit or miss early but when he hits he is highly talented, two starts ago he beat a more than handy field when scoring at in 25.28

Llewy's Lad is much better than his recent form suggests and he should be suited by the rise in distance. He is normally a reliable beginner and with an empty draw underneath he should get every chance to roll to the early lead and dominate out in front. Tyra Giselle looks the obvious danger, she posted a solid 725m Meadows placing two runs back and she should settle on the speed. Valeria Bale can be hard to follow at times but she must be respected based on her strong 38.40 win three runs back.
