Aristotle Bale is an exciting talent and he is yet to experience much luck in town. Tonight he meets a pretty weak field and with an even getaway he should be able to lead from go to whoa. Last week at Shepparton he was slow to begin but he managed to power to the line and win in a smart 25.43, tonight I am expecting him to lead and he should be running time on the bunny.
Dyna Zerg should get a nice cart across in the early stages and he has been placed in six of 12 here. He is a keen railer but he has raced solidly from wide draws here in the past. Rusty Puzzle is an inexperienced type but he recently gapped his rivals when winning at Warragul in 26.32, from the red he should settle in a prominent position and he shouldn't have too much trouble covering the journey. Polished Steel rounds out the chances, he has a handy 30.36 PB here and he can ping the lids in his races. He has won over 570m previously so as well as have speed he also possess strength.
Top Four: 6 – 8 – 1 – 3

Lady Deedee has the good draw and she has turned in two impressive efforts here in recent weeks. From the red she should be able to hold them out early and she has proven in the past that she can run time on the bunny. This isn't an overly strong race and she should get all the breaks.
Quarrel Bale is an exciting prospect and he recently set the track alight with a sizzling 25.22 Shepparton win. My concern with him is that he can be a tad slow to begin but he does possess a ridiculous turn of foot so as long as he comes out on terms he should put himself in the race at the first bend. Black Superman is a fast beginner and he has been placed in his only run here, I dont think he can cross the red early so place claims look best for him. Tantrum Tommy could be the value, he has been placed in six of his past eight and his past two efforts here have been solid.
Top Four: 1 – 8 – 2 – 4

Hot Whirl had been well down on confidence for a while but she got her act together at Ballarat last time with a strong 31.21 win. She normally steps cleanly and musters pace well so if she does that again tonight she should be able to settle in the top three early and she has broken 30 seconds here previously. There are a couple of handy ones in this so you should be able to snag at least $6 or better.
Tricky Rose has turned in three solid performances since coming from NSW and prior to those runs she had scored some blistering wins in her home state. She possesses plenty of early speed and if she handles the first turn she should be right in the mix. Kerrigan Bale has the class edge and she beat a solid lineup by over 14 lengths here two runs back. Her box manners can sometimes let her down but if she happens to come out she will take a power of beating. Go Ginger Go is another former NSW sprinter and she is much better than her recent form reads, she has enough pace to lead and with a good getaway she may just cause an upset.
Top Four: 3 – 4 – 5 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Hot Whirl

Dyna Malaise is a very fast provincial sprinter and she looks ready to score in town, she has had two runs here previously in which she has been placed in both. In recent times she has been beginning a lot better and she should have sufficient speed to burn them off early. She got a little tired in the run home at Bendigo over 500m but was still good enough to hold on and tonight it should be a similar result.
Wayfarer has the good draw and she was far from disgraced when placed behind Dyna Malaise, she has the speed to hold them out and she has raced well here in the past. Smiley Same is a hard chaser to follow, she has matched it with some good chasers in the past but she has a habit of switching off in her races, if she maintains focus tonight she should run a big race. Crackerjack Babe has won four in a row and she is obviously a big chance, the only concern with her is that she is yet to win here in 11 tries.
Top Four: 7 – 1 – 6 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Dyna Malaise
Quinella: 7 to rove with 1,6,8 ($3 for 100%)

Quality final which sees a few real up and comers set to do battle. Quasi Bale has really turned the corner of late having won three in a row with the latest being here in a slick 30.03. The most impressive part about the win was the manner in which he hit the line, his first sectional was poor but he should get a fairly clear run early and he should get every chance.
Diva's Shadow normally pings the lids and her past two wins at Sandown and this venue have been eye catching. The box draw tonight shouldn't pose too many problems as she reeled off a speedy 5.08 to the first marker here last week before scoring in 30.02. Dyna Chaser races well here and he always seems to put himself into contention, there is a bit of speed on his inside tonight so he should get a nice cart across early on. Udon Bale has the good draw and his past two placings have been eye catching, if he goes around at silly odds he may be worth an each way ticket.
Top Four: 2 – 4 – 6 – 1
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Quasi Bale
Boxed Quinella: 1,2,4,6 ($6 for 100%)

Blinkers On is currently in rare form and he should notch up his fourth win in a row. He is likely to settle mid pack but he does possess fantastic mid race speed and he recently scored two blistering Sandown Park wins. There are a number of wide runners drawn on his outside so he should get all the breaks in the early stages.
Beks loves racing over this journey and he should be steaming home late, I dont think he can win because he will get too far back but he is a great dog to anchor for second and third in your exotics. Zipping Joe is much better than his recent form reads and he should find this class more to his liking. I would expect him to settle a little closer to the speed tonight and he should go with Blinker's On for a fair way. Big Kat has been placed in five of ten here and she must be included in your exotics as well, she is better suited to a wider draw but she can muster speed quickly and she should get out into the open in the early stages.
Top Four: 1 – 5 – 4 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Trifecta: 1/2,4,5/Field ($18 for 100%)
Quinella: 1 to rove with 2,4,5 ($3 for 100%)

Agent Jack is a star in the making and if he repeats the effort which saw him win at Sandown in 34.11 recently he will take a power of beating. He normally begins well and if he steps on terms he should have enough speed to cross the inside two and if he happens to find the bunny he should get down to around the 34.15 mark.
Dyna Orion is rarely far away over this distance range and he should be running home nicely. Two starts ago he overcame a big deficit mid race to score at Sandown in 34.52, he will need some luck in the first 50m but if he gets it he should be right there. Bazza's Gift returned to form with a strong 29.62 Sandown Park win and he looks well placed out wide, if he can settle in the top three he should make a big move mid race and he will be fighting out the finish. See Him First races well here but he can be hard to follow as he either wins or finishes well down the track, if he pings away then he becomes a winning hope but if he misses away you can rip up your ticket.
Top Four: 3 – 5 – 6 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Agent Jack

Dyna Ostrander hasn't won for a little while but he appears well placed here and he should be able to regain some confidence. In his most recent efforts he has been finding trouble soon after the start, tonight he has slow beginners drawn on either side so he should be able to burn them off in the first 50m. With the poor draw tonight you should be able to snag at least $3 and that appears to be good value.
Allen Eryk is a star chaser when on song and after two runs since a spell he should be ready to fire. He has raced well from wide draws in the past and he should get a nice cart across from Humphrey Bale early on. Highbury appears to be the likely leader and he recently scored here in a solid 30.16, if Dyna Ostrander happens to land on his back then he can't win but if the top picks happen to find trouble he may just steal the prize. Gorham Bale is poorly drawn in the middle but he is in good form and he must be included in your exotics.
Top Four: 5 – 8 – 2 – 4
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Dyna Ostrander
Exacta: 4,8/2,4,5,8 ($6 for 100%)

Blonde Oasis has raced well here in the past and she looks well placed in this company. She is a reliable beginner and she appears to be the likely leader in this event, five starts ago she posted a brilliant 29.53 Sandown Park win when she landed on the bunny so if she pings away tonight she will prove very hard to gun down.
Bunga Bunga should get a nice cart across early and she returned to form with a strong 30.25 Cranbourne win recently. I dont think she can reel in Blonde Oasis but she should go with her for a while and there won't be too much between them. Julie Bale is the run on chaser in the event and if she gets a clear run early she will be right in the mix. Rockin' Josie is the interesting runner, she is much better than her recent form reads and she has the speed to settle in the top three, she races best at Sandown but she has turned in some strong efforts here over 600m.
Top Four: 4 – 5 – 7 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Blonde Oasis

Over Limit recently broke the 450m Ballarat track record and he is making his long awaited metro debut. He is blessed with dazzling early speed and the manner in which he hits the line over 450m suggests that he will have no problem seeing out the extra distance. He is going to start around the $1.30 mark but he should simply be too good for them.
Mermaid Mille should sit on his hammer for most of the journey and although she will struggle in the run home she might have enough in the tank to hold on for a place. Peter Pettigrew is a strong type and he should run over the top of some tired chasers in the run home, two starts ago he turned in a big effort when placed at Ballarat over 450m. Denzel has shown some promise with three impressive Warragul wins in a row and if he handles the track he becomes a place hope.
Top Four: 2 – 6 – 4 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Exacta: 2/4,6,8 ($3 for 100%)

Hogganaught is a promising speedster and he looks well placed in this company. He normally steps on terms and he does possess a great turn of foot soon after box rise. He has won here previously in a solid 30.52 but he is a much better chaser this time around so if he finds the bunny he should be able to go around the 30.10 mark.
Victoria Pledge has been placed in three of six here and she should be in the mix for a long way, with slow beginners on either side she should get every chance to settle in the top two. Classy Boy has a big engine and with some luck initially he will take a power of beating. The concern with him is that he doesn't win too often so he does require a lot of luck in running. Magneto Bale is much better than his recent form reads and he could run a nice race at odds.
Top Four: 3 – 6 – 7 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Hogganaught
Boxed Quinella: 3 to rove with 6,7,8 ($3 for 100%)
Exacta: 3,6/3,6,7,8 ($6 for 100%)
Trifecta: 3,6,7/3,6,7,8/2,3,4,6,7,8 ($36 for 100%)
Race 12 – Grade 5 Heat 525M – 11.00PM
Gunloch is a member of the powerful Mcdonald team and he scored two sizzling Bendigo wins in early October. He hasn't had much luck in his past two runs but on both occasions he wasn't beaten all that far. It's always tough to win in town at your first look but I'm sure he would have trialled here and he should be able to lead throughout.
Scanez Cee has the good draw and he was an impressive 31.11 Ballarat winner three runs back, he meets a couple of promising speedsters here but he normally steps well and he has plenty of experience in this class. Enchanted Bling is the run on type in the event and if she gets a few gaps mid race she will make her presence felt, whilst Zanders Express is a little hit or miss early but if he sights the bunny he can give a great sight.
Top Four: 5 – 1 – 4 – 2
