Leg 2 – Cranbourne – Race 6: Zipping Simmo To Place $2.25
Zipping Simmo is a very powerful chaser and if he can get through the first corner unscathed, he should be able to make his presence felt. He is well drawn out wide and he has had a look at the track previously, so with an even getaway he should be able to balance up mid field and if that's the case he should be ready to pounce as they turn for home. He is much better than his form reads and he appears to be a value bet.
Leg 3 – Cranbourne – Race 10: Noaki Lynx To Win $1.85
Noaki Lynx is armed with sizzling early speed and she appears to have a fair bit on her rivals. She has won four of 17 over this track and trip and she has been placed in a further eight of those tries. Tonight she is taking on a very mediocre lineup, so with a good getaway she should be able to burn across and find the top and if that's the case, it should be a matter of times and margins. She is a little short at the $1.85 but she does appear to be a moral.
