Zipping Tarn looks perfectly placed in the pink draw and if she can reproduce her slick 29.85 PB run here she will take a power of beating. With the speedy Bearded Midget drawn underneath, she should get a nice cart across in the early stages.
Bearded Midget looks the likely leader and he is getting a little bit stronger with every run. He has won here previously in 30.16 and a similar effort tonight would see him hang on for a place. Zipping Tank has a heap of ability but he will need a few breaks in the early stages. Two starts ago he won here in 30 flat but I think with a clear run he is capable of going much quicker. Coolabah Jet has been racing consistently and from the rails draw she must be included in your exotic bets.
Top Four: 8 – 7 – 4 – 1

Silent Effective is a freak and star in the making and although he is drawn poorly I still think he can get the job done, he is normally slow to begin and wants to move wide but with a bit of speed drawn on his outer, he should get a bit more room to move in the early stages. It was only a field of three, however last week at Bulli he broke the track record with a blistering 28.34 win, so if he reproduces that form he will take a power of beating.
Zipping Snoopy has been racing well at Sandown of late and he should settle in the top two or three early. He was beaten in his only try here but on that occasion he was in trouble from the outset so he should be able to atone for that effort tonight. Steadfast Cosmo has won three on the trot at Bulli in sizzling fashion and if he can cross from the wide draw he should figure in the finish, he has struggled here in the past but he is a much better chaser this time around.
Top Four: 1 – 6 – 8 – 2

It's always hard to put Gradence on top but this really looks his race, he has been placed in six of his past eight starts and he has been facing much stronger company than this. He is likely to settle well back early but he should get out into some open space as they head for the back straight and I would expect him to run over the top of them late.
Singing Sammy looks the leader and he has recorded two top placings here of late, if he can cross he should be able to set up a nice lead and provided Gradence or Apollo Reign aren't on his hammer he may have enough in the tank to hold on. Le Burglar recently scored a brilliant 29.83 win here and if he gets a clear passage in the initial stages he should figure in the finish.
Top Four: 6 – 8 – 5 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Gradence
Trifecta: 6/2,5,8/Field ($18 for 100%)

Zipping Summah is armed with early speed and she recently put it on display when scoring at the Gardens in a brilliant 29.49. There isn't a whole lot of speed drawn underneath and if she can get away cleanly she should be able to find the rail and lead in the early stages. She has a sizzling 29.64 PB here so if she finds the bunny early she will prove very hard to reel in.
Are Jip is an excitement machine and he looms as the obvious danger based on his eye popping 29.48 win here two runs back. He can be a little hit or miss early but once he gets out into some open space he can really motor. Flaming Frenzy was far from disgraced when she resumed from a lengthy spell and she should continue to improve. Bessy Boo is poorly drawn out wide but he has a top record here and he has terrific track sense.
Top Four: 4 – 5 – 2 – 8
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Zipping Summah
Quinella: 4 to rove with 2,5,8 ($3 for 100%)

Take It All has shown a big return to form in recent months and he finds himself in a fairly weak event tonight. Last week he powered to the line when scoring in a smart 30.06 and tonight he should be able to run over the top of them again.
Swan's Mavis has a solid record here and she is drawn to hold the early lead, her last 40m isn't great but if she holds them out there are only a couple of strong runners in this event and they might get stuck in traffic mid race. Watto Lotto continues to race well and if he finds the rail in the early stages he will be a major contender, like Take It All he lacks early speed but he does have a lot of class on his side.
Top Four: 6 – 1 – 8 – 3
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Take It All

Xylia Allen is the all time leading stakes earner in history and she should add another 6k to it tonight. Prior to going on a winning rampage in Victoria she set a track record here with a blistering 41.53 victory. There isn't much speed drawn around her tonight so I would expect her to assume control after 80 or so metres and from there on it should be a procession.
Dyna Willow held the track record here prior to Xylia Allen setting a new mark and she should be able to return to some form tonight. Dusty Moonshine has won three of four here and all three wins have been in sub 42 seconds, this is clearly the strongest race she has contested but she appears to be more than capable of matching it with this lot. Zipping Rory rounds out the legitimate winning chances, he is having his first look here but if he brings his Sandown form here he will be a major player.
Top Four: 6 – 4 – 2 – 5

This heat doesn't have as much depth as the first heat and Sweet It Is looks an absolute moral. She recently captured the National Distance Title at Cannington in near record time and this is probably the weakest race she has contested for some time. She is likely to drop out to last as usual but she should picking them off a little earlier than normal due to the lack of depth.
Zipping Maggie is an improving stayer and she has won three on the trot at Sandown and The Meadows. She should have enough speed to settle in the top two early and she should be there at the finish. It's her first look at this track so she will need some luck as they head into the first turn. Queen Marina was the NSW representative in the recent distance championship and she should be in the mix for a long way. Liara Allen rounds out the chances, she has adapted well to the step up in distance of late, she is yet to win over the staying journey but she has turned in some massive efforts in strong company.

Lucy Lips is a reliable beginner and she should prove hard to hold out based on her top 30.06 heat win. Last week she reeled off a very slick 5.39 to the first marker and a repeat of that effort would see her cross tonight.
Avondale Char is the most gifted chaser in the race but she can do a lot of things wrong in her races. She has a blistering 29.68 PB here so if she gets a clear run early she will take a power of beating. Magic Earner is showing plenty of promise and she was far from disgraced when placed in her heat last week. She can show smart early speed in her races and if she holds the lead she will give a great sight at odds.
Top Four: 8 – 6 – 3 – 7
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Lucy Lips

Billy Bowlegs was desperately unlucky here last week and he should be able to go one better tonight. His PB here of 30.24 is just average but he has gone much quicker in some his placings here. There doesn't appear to be an abundance of speed drawn around him so with a clean getaway he should figure prominently.
Jedd Tokarm has only been placed in one of his three tries here but it's hard to ignore his recent Gardens win in a blistering 29.59. He is normally slow to begin but he can muster pace quickly and he should be able to find the lead as they head into the first turn. Addison Road is a tremendous talent when she is on song but she was a tad disappointing when resuming from a spell here last week. I'm expecting her to improve tonight but I still won't be rushing to take short odds.
Top Four: 6 – 5 – 1 – 7
Suggested Bets:
Win bet on Billy Bowlegs
Trifecta: 1,5,6/1,5,6,7/1,2,3,4,5,6 ($36 for 100%)

This is probably the race of the night as we get to see the exciting Fantastic Sid take on the explosive Zipping Weston. I'm going to give the edge to Fantastic Sid, after winning here in 30.01 he followed up with two sizzling Dapto wins in sub 29.80. He has showed tremendous early speed in every start to date and I can see him leading from go to whoa tonight.
Zipping Weston has a breathtaking 29.62 PB here which he set when scoring a maiden victory, since then he has scored two Gardens wins in 29.50 and 29.52. Clearly he is the most gifted chaser in this event, however it's hard to put him on top because he can bomb the start at times and he will need some room to muster speed in the early stages. Zipping Molly has the good draw and she has been placed in four of her five tries here, she hasn't got the class of the first two but she is honest and won't be far away.
Top Four: 4 – 6 – 1 – 2
Suggested Bets:
Quinella: 4 to rove with 1 & 2 ($2 for 100%)
Trifecta: 4/1,2,6/Field ($18 for 100%)
Trifecta: 4/1,2,6/1,2,6 ($6 for 100%)
Trifecta: 4,6/4,6/Field ($12 for 100%)
