Winsome Joe & Magnifique Star In Bulli Gold Plate Heats

The 2009 Group 3 Bulli Gold Plate Heats proved very exciting for the large crowd on hand at Bulli with up and coming youngster Winsome Joe scoring a convincing win over Proven Diego and Cool Flight in the first heat.

Winsome Joe covered the 472 metres in the slick time of 26.28.

Awesome Hustler and Proven Chayse over powered the tearaway leader Nimbastic in the shadows of to post to qualify from the second heat.

Whilst Magnifique lead throughout to win the third heat defeating Mega Tadmore and Mahogany Blaze.

The final heat we saw outsider Persian Spy emerge the victor over Hastings Bale who appeared unlucky and will be much improved by his first run at Bulli.
