12 Greyhounds Just One Run From A Place In Ladbrokes Irish Greyhound Derby Final

The Ladbrokes Irish Greyhound Derby threw up a shock at the weekend, as favourite Ballymac Vic exited the competition in the Quarter Finals.
The 12 remaining hopefuls are now just one run from a place in the coveted Derby Final.
Tyrur Sugar Ray has moved in to favourite position with the sponsors, Ladbrokes, after he put in the third fastest performance over 550yds in Shelbourne Park’s history.

The Ladbrokes Irish Greyhound Derby offers over €225,000 in Prizemoney, with €120,000 and a trophy to the winner. The classic, which is the highlight of the Irish Greyhound Racing calendar, celebrates it’s 80th anniversary this year.
