Anna Anna Wins Blue Paws Maiden Final At Temora

Temora held an 11 race meeting with only a couple of showers during the night.
Race 1, the GBOTA Maiden saw local dog Coota Jack win in 18.32 for Ken Richards followed by Sasha Lane and Blind Spot.
Race 2, The M C Derrick 457 Maiden had Bonnie Corona winning in 26.64 for Keith Derrick with Le Grande and Victor Lane filling the places.
Race 3, a mixed stake over 311m saw the one box make it easy for Husky Peta to win in 18.07 for Darren Petersen. Second was Haydo’s Ado and third, Big Cool Man.
Race 4 had Mink Adams win for T Cooke in 18.09 over Swanky Loch and Tiggerlong Oliva.
Race 5 had Darren Petersen make it a double with Conni’s Prize winning in 26.25 over Dalgaz Dennis and Golden Ruby.
Race 6, The Blue Paws Maiden Final saw the Greenstone Lodge resident’s dog, Greenstone Gift start as favourite in box 5. They jumped with the one dog flying to the lead only to stumble as another dog jumped over it letting Anna Anna through to win in 18.39 for Geoff Sheather over Greenstone Gift and My Oh My third.
Race 7 had Kirby Lane win in 26.47 for Sean Bannerman over Top Enforcer and Crowella.
Race 8, a 3/4 grade over 311m saw a fantastic time of 17.87 with Wyndham Nikkita winning for G Molloy with Typhoon Shoes and Kerbmeister in the placings.
Race 9 saw Inner Trading win in 17.99 for M Neile. Second was Train of Pain and third Awesome Hug.
Race 10, a 3/4 grade 457 saw Pearl Lane win in 26.21 for M Bannerman. The placings were Spice Silver and She won’t Panick.
Race 11 saw Trevor Cook win again in 18.28 with Let’s Go Speedy. Cash Flow Boy came in second and Wamberal Teddy coming in third.
Temora race again on December 12 with the Widdows Stake over 732m open to all grades.
