Susan Absalom Appeal Clarification
In a ruling by the NSW Racing Appeals Tribunal on November 14, 2014, registered attendant Ms Susan Absalom had her appeal against a charge under GAR 86 (f) (iii) upheld.
Upon an amended plea on a charge under GAR 14 (6) the tribunal altered a period of disqualification to a suspension of six weeks.
Ms Absalom had her appeal deposit refunded and the respondent was to pay costs assessed at $5850+GST to the appellant.
