Trainer Found Guilty Of Misconduct Twice

GHRRAStewards, today, concluded an Inquiry into the conduct of Licenced Trainer, Shane Reed at Bulli Greyhound Racing Club Meeting on 21 May 2008.

Resulting from the Inquiry, Shane Reed was charged with two breaches of Rule 86(o).

Shane Reed pleaded Guilty to acting improperly by using offensive language in the Kennels and to Steward Roy Maynard.

Shane Reed also pleaded Guilty to a charge of misconduct for his action in a Stewards’ Inquiry, held following the above incident.

After careful consideration, Mr Reed was disqualified for four months for the offence of acting improperly, and was disqualified for a further two months for his misconduct during the Inquiry – the penalties to be served cumulatively.
