Warren Absalom Guilty Of Misconduct

GHRRAStewards, today, concluded an Inquiry into several incidents involving the conduct of Licenced person Warren Absalom at GBOTA Wentworth Park Meeting on 7 June 2008.

Resulting from the Inquiry, Warren Absalom was charged with three (3) separate breaches of Rule 86(o) for misconduct.

The misconduct related to comments made to Steward Sue Curtis at Kennelling and Chair, Stewards, Michael Hurley during an Inquiry on that evening.

Warren Absalom acknowledged making comments but pleaded Not Guilty to all charges.

After careful consideration Warren Absalom was found in breach of all three charges and was fined $220, $440 and $440 for each of the three charges – a total of $1,100.
