Wentworth Park Friday Nights Kick Off In July

As from Friday July 2 Wentworth Park Greyhounds will be racing on Fridays in place of Mondays.

From this date metropolitan greyhound racing will be conducted by the NSW GBOTA at its popular Glebe headquarters on each Friday and Saturday night, featuring the normal ten race program including full TAB and Sky Racing coverage.

First race on Fridays will be approximately 6.30 pm, Saturdays approximately 7.30 pm (unchanged).

The change from Mondays to Fridays is seen as a significant step forward for greyhound racing in NSW with positives for the club in marketing and hospitality opportunities.

No doubt this move will also be favourably received by race goers and off course punters with both Sydney metropolitan greyhound meetings now to be conducted in prime time slots.

Gates open at 5.00 pm on Fridays and 5.30 pm on Saturdays. Entry is $5.50 adults, children are free.
