Racing Returns To Albion Park Thursday

Greyhounds QueenslandGreyhound Racing will resume at Albion Park this Thursday 17 July 2008 with the program featuring 5 heats of the Group 1 Garrards Winter Cup 520m.

The return to racing at Albion Park will see the original race meeting schedule implemented :

  • Brisbane GRC – Friday
  • Brisbane GRC – Monday
  • Gold Coast GRC - Tuesday twilight, Ipswich GRC – Tuesday
  • Gold Coast GRC – Wednesday twilight, Ipswich GRC – Wednesday night
  • Brisbane – Thursday

Greyhounds Queensland wishes to sincerely thank the staff and management of the Ipswich and Gold Coast clubs in conducting these extra meetings whilst Albion Park was not operational.
