Master Moe trainer Peter Giles has won a $500 Rapidvite product voucher simply by nominating his talented stayer Octanol for a grade 5 heat at Sandown Park.
As part of a promotion between Rapidvite and Sandown Park, every six months one greyhound that has been nominated for a Grade 5 series at Sandown Park will be drawn at random, with the greyhound’s trainer to receive a $500 voucher to use on the Rapidvite product of their choice.
Octanol was narrowly defeated by Nitrane in his Grade 5 heat (715m) on Thursday 4 June, before just falling short to Kulu Warrior in the final a week later.

In addition to the $10,000 first prize, Ms Dailly will receive a $100 Rapidvite product voucher.
The heats of Sandown’s next Sandown Grade 5 series, the bitches only Damsels Dash series, will be run on Thursday 30 July 2009.
