Australian Greyhound Racing Tips for Friday 4th February 2011 with selections from Ballarat greyhounds (Victoria), Casino greyhounds (NSW) ,Traralgon greyhounds (Victoria), Wentworth Park greyhounds (New South Wales), The Gardens greyhounds (New South Wales), Albion Park greyhounds (Queensland) and Mandurah greyhounds (West Australia).
The highlight of todays Greyhound Racing will be the running of the 2011 finals of the Group 1 National Futurity and 2011 Group 1 National Derby at The Gardens. Also of interest are heats of the ladies only Damsels Dash special event at Traralgon and the final of the Dawesville Cup at Mandurah.

Tattsbet Nationals Sprint & Distance Championships State Finals
After the first week of racing for the 2010 TattsBet.com Nationals, we have already confirmed our first Finalist.
Dashing Corsair qualified with a dashing win in the Queensland Distance Final last Thursday. With only six nominations, the Brisbane Club elected to run the “one-off” Final last week.
Dashing Corsair won the race in a smart 41.57, only a couple of lengths off his own track record, and he had 11-1/2 lengths to spare.

West Australia Finds 100 Nominations For National Champs
At the close of nominations Greyhounds WA have received the most nominations of all Australian states with a combined total of 100 nominations for the West Australian National Sprint Championship heats and the West Australian National Distance Championship heats.
75 greyhounds were nominated for the West Australian National Sprint Championship heats to be held at Cannington on Saturday 22nd August 2009. Included amongst the nominees is West Australia’s 2009 Group 1 Perth Cup winner Miss Slick as well as group race performer Joanne Monelli.
The West Australian National Distance Championship heats are to be held the same night at Cannington, and they attracted 25 nominations including evergreen performers Tayza and Western Land.
