AGRA’s Run of the Month for April 2008 has been awarded to former Victorian now WA stayer Elektra. The fast finishing black bitch who won the 2006 AGRA Run Of The Year is the first greyhound to win a monthly award three years in succession.

Elektra Loses But Still Proves Dominance
In another dominant performance, Eleketra (Primo Uno ~ Natural Class), managed to lose Saturday night’s Stayer’s Prelude at Cannington by 1 3/4 lengths to Oyster Attack (Strike Attack ~ Taylah Ruth) in a time of 42.15 for the winner. But to say she was a little unlucky would be an understatement.
