While all have proven ability to run quick times over the 520m at Albion Park, last Thursday’s fastest qualifying time was run by the lightning fast Genista Thunder in 29.97.

Barry who is currently not enjoying the best of health, was at home watching on Sky Channel, and entrusted the race night duties to owner and good mate Laurie Refalo with very happy results all round.

Bunyip Gawler Gold Cup Heats Draw Hot Fields
The focus of racing shifts to Gawler next week for the running of the Bunyip Gawler Gold Cup.
At close of nominations, GRSA had received fifty nominations and will be running six heats. The heats will be run next Tuesday (11th), with the $25,000 Group 3 Final on Sunday the 16th November.

Trainer Fined Over Bungled Nomination Farce
Greyhounds Queensland Stewards today fined greyhound trainer, Renald Attard for nominating his greyhound Come Up Uno whilst supended. However no action was taken against the graders who drew the greyhound to compete despite the supsension, not once, not twice but on three seperate occassions.
