Very Open race to kick off the night but if the promising Zipping Troy can turn in similar sectionals from last week's heat win in 29.71 he will prove hard to reel in. On that occasion he showed a great turn of foot soon after box rise and he looks suited tonight because he has two slow beginners drawn on his outside.

Alpha Aphrodite should match motors with Zipping Troy early and she should give a great sight, she didn't have a lot of luck in her heat and if she happens to find the early she should hit the line a bit stronger tonight.

Alpha Ares is well drawn out wide and he should continue to improve with more racing, the wide draw is a concern but I am expecting the five and six to carve up the inside division.

Alpha Achilles rounds out the chances, he has been placed in three of four here and he will be steaming home at the end of the event.

10BROADWAY MISS (QLD)[6]Res.3135729.55(1)M Carter (Kialla)

Shanlyn Jed is showing plenty of promise and he has recorded two top placings here of late, if he can step cleanly again he should have the speed to get across early and if he can find the lure as they head for the back straight he will be running some time. This is a rise in class for him but he appears to have a heap of talent and he should be up to the challenge.

Walt Bale has the class edge and with a clear run he will win comfortably, the concern with him is that he can be slow to begin and he may find bother from the squeeze draw. Last time out he found a bit of bother early but he still picked himself up and powered to the line when placed in smart time at The Meadows.

Bruce Tycoon continues to impress and he must be respected again, the box draw is also a concern for him but he has proven that he has the ability to lead or come from off the speed in his races.

Loose Affair could be the value, he has recorded two solid placings since coming from NSW and he should continue to improve.

Chrichton Bale has won six straight and he continues to get better with more racing. His effort to score at The Meadows on Saturday in a blistering 29.89 was eye popping. He is going to need some room in the early stages but if he gets it he should blow them away and a sub 34 second run could be on the cards.

Macca's Sway has the good draw and he has scored two strong Meadows wins of late over 600m, from the red he should be able to push through into a prominent spot early.

Morningside has a consistent record here and she has turned in two great performances over 515m here of late, she should be able to settle in the top two early and if she finds the lure early in her races she is a different chaser and she will prove hard to catch at nice odds.

Eyeful Of Bling has a heap of talent but he isn't really suited by the wide draw, he is obviously a great winning prospect but he has been costly of late and from the poor draw I would just be including him in my exotics.

Gaucho is an exciting prospect and he should be able to atone for his two luckless efforts here in recent weeks. He has missed the kick in his two efforts here of late and he is a much better beginner than that, there isn't a whole lot of speed around him tonight so if he steps away on terms he should out muster them in the run to the first turn.

Tiger's Hero continues to get better with more racing and he beat a more than handy type at The Meadows on Saturday when posting a slick 30.01, he is drawn to hold a forward spot again tonight and he should be there at the end.

Dyna Keitaro can be a little hit or miss early but he is capable of running time when he does ping away, this is a rise in class for him but he could be value.

Fury Bale has been racing well of late and he has a slick 29.57 PB over this journey.

Double Rinse is a strong type and she has been racing in great style of late. Last week she hit the line powerfully when placed over this trip in similar class and if she can reproduce that effort she will prove hard to hold out again. Her record here isn't great but she showed last time that she does handle the track and all she needs is some luck in running.

Love Affair is a litter sister to Double Rinse and she is blessed with similar ability and she also has an identical race pattern. She is suited by the wide draw tonight and she really caught the eye when placed at Wentworth Park last time out.

Berry Blitz has the good draw and she could lead for a long way, the last 50m is always a concern over this trip but if she gets away mid race she may just steal the cash.

Big Kat is always a chance in these types of races, she was narrowly beaten here last week and with a clean getaway tonight she has the talent to go one better.

Dyna Nico is racing in career best form and she capped off a great stretch last time when placed in the final of the at Wentworth Park. Tonight she finds herself in a race with a fair bit of depth but she is the likely leader and if they happen to shuffle up at the first bend she may be off and gone with the prize. She should be nice odds in this event and she appears to be the value bet.

Tiggerlong Amigo returned to form with a strong heat win and he followed that effort up with a great placing in the final. He is suited to the wide draw tonight and if he can get across and land in the top two early he should figure in the finish.

Repayments is the most talented chaser in the race and if he is given a clear run early he will take a power of beating, the concern with him though is that he isn't a great beginner and he is likely to get squeezed out early with all the speed drawn around him.

Quasi Bale is a star stayer in the making and he should prove far too classy for this lineup. Three starts back he set the track alight here with an explosive 33.89 victory here and if he reproduces that type of effort he will blow them away tonight.

Miss Cersei is racing in great form at present and she should be suited by the rise in distance, she should show plenty of early zip and I can see her leading this race for a long way, the last 30m is a worry but she should give a great sight.

Tekki Minx must be included in the exotics, she has been placed in eight of her nine tries here and she always finds a way to sneak into the money.

Dyna Fulcrum rounds out the chances, he was a strong 34.31 winner here recently and with some luck early he should be able to put himself into contention mid race.

Pretty even race but if Dream It can get a clear crack at them early he should prove too good for them. After a string of luckless efforts he managed to bounce back into the winners list with a sizzling 29.80 Meadows win and with the speed in boxes four and five, he should be afforded a clear run in the initial stages.

Dyna Yemen is a star chaser when on song and if he can settle in the first half of the field he should make a big impact, he hasn't been racing with a lot of luck recently and he just needs to sight the bunny to get his confidence up.

Awesome Project is resuming after two months off and he should be ready to fire fresh, he will need to begin well to cross but he does possess great speed and he has a top record here.

Warrior King rounds out the chances, he is better than his form reads and he has a sizzling 29.25 PB over this journey.

Polly Bale returns to Victoria after recently making the final of the NSW Futurity and she should be suited by the rise in distance. Two starts back she was placed in sizzling time behind Kerrigan Bale and on that occasion she showed handy early speed. If she can show a similar turn of foot today she will settle in the top two early and she will prove hard to hold out.

Shanlyn Patch has been racing in consistent fashion here of late and this is probably the weakest event he has contested for a while, he has enough speed to settle in the first half of the field and he will be very strong in the run home.

Rumero Reason is much better than his form suggests and he should be running home into some minor money, he tends to make a lot of mistakes early but he should be able to find the rail early and that is when he races at his best.

Lady Ronray has been racing in good style since coming from NSW and she should get a fairly cheap lead in this event. Last time out she led until the shadows of the post when placed at and if she can show similar speed tonight she should build up a race winning lead mid race. She is a little suspect at the trip but she has a handy 29.58 PB and that type of run would be enough to win this.

Size Does Matter is an enormous talent but he can make mistakes in his races. Last time out he showed good early speed when placed at the Meadows behind the classy Dream It. If he can sit just behind Lady Ronray early he will win comfortably, however he has poor box manners so you can never tip him with confidence.

Maximus Glider has the good draw and he powered to the line when placed here last week, if he can avoid early bother he could get the cash at nice odds.

Dyna Nihilist returned to the winners list with a strong 29.71 win here last week and he is drawn to get all the breaks again. He isn't the best beginner but he should get some cover from the two early and if he can settle in the first four he should prove too strong for them.

Aristotle Bale is flying at present and if I was certain he would get a clear run early he would easily be my top pick, however he has a heap of pace drawn all around him and I'm concerned he might get squeezed out soon after box rise.

Rocket Ready is armed with a monster finish and he should be suited to the wide draw, I think he might get too far back early to win but he may be a great anchor for second and third in your exotic bets.

What's Chewing scored a brilliant 34.21 win here last week and if he turns in a similar effort tonight he should make an impact, the only worry with him is that his best races to date have been run when he is drawn nearer the inside.

Money Come Back is aiming for a hat trick of wins and he looks well placed in this class. Last time out he led all the way in his 34.21 win here and he appears better suited to this journey as he has won five of 21 previously.

Peloton Bale is another who looks well graded here and he will be powering to the line. He has won three of 23 here and he has been placed a further ten times. He will need some luck in running but this is the weakest event he has contested for quite a while.

Samus Allen could be the value, she has turned in some great efforts in recent weeks and if she was to step cleanly she would have sufficient speed to get across and lead.
